On-Premises
Erdikon is open source software. You can also use the Free plan on your own infrastructure at no cost. Beyond that, a version with a perpetual license is available. Below is an overview of the license and of services for operation and support.
Services are provided by Marco Beierer, the lead developer of Erdikon.
Free plan
The Free plan is also available at no cost for running Erdikon yourself. The same limits apply as in the cloud, namely up to two users and quotas per application.
Perpetual License
The perpetual license costs EUR 995 as a one-time payment.
The perpetual license covers the current major version at the time of purchase. A new license is required for each new major version.
Updates for one year are included. Additional updates can be purchased through a maintenance contract for EUR 195 per year. With an active maintenance contract, security updates are offered for at least five years from the date of license purchase.
Operation (optional)
The operation of Erdikon by Marco Beierer on the customer's infrastructure costs a flat rate of EUR 395 per month.
The price includes updates for the operating system and software required for operation, such as Docker.
Installation and, if required, end-user support are charged at EUR 195 per hour according to effort.
Technical Support
Technical support, especially during commissioning and operation of Erdikon, is charged at EUR 195 per hour.
Technical support is currently only available for operation under Linux. However, operation is generally also possible under Windows.
End-User Support
End-user support in on-premises operation is charged at EUR 195 per hour according to effort.
