On-Premises
Erdikon is open-source software and can be self-hosted for free. Below is an overview of the services and additional services offered.
Services are provided by Marco Beierer, the lead developer of Erdikon.
LTS Version
For customers who want more stability and continuity, there is an LTS version of Erdikon with long-term support (security updates and bug fixes).
Access to the LTS version costs EUR 95 per month.
Alternative License
Erdikon is licensed under the «AGPL v3» license. The AGPL v3 is a license with a strong copyleft. This means that derivative works must be under the same license and changes to the source code must be published.
If this is not desired, licensing Erdikon under a license without copyleft is possible.
The price is EUR 195 per month.
Operation
The operation of an LTS version of Erdikon on the customer's infrastructure costs a flat rate of EUR 395 per month.
The price includes the costs for the LTS version and updates of Erdikon, the operating system, and software required for operation, such as Docker.
Installation and, if required, end-user support are charged at EUR 195 per hour according to effort.
Technical Support
Technical support, especially during commissioning and operation of Erdikon, is charged at EUR 195 per hour.
Technical support is currently only available for operation under Linux. However, operation is generally also possible under Windows.
End-User Support
End-user support in on-premises operation is charged at EUR 195 per hour according to effort.
