Cloud Plans
The following details refer to the Erdikon cloud. Pricing for running Erdikon yourself is on the «On-Premises» page. You can switch from the cloud to on-premises operation at any time.

Users
All active members of an organization count, including its owners. Expired memberships and deleted accounts do not count. On the Free plan, you cannot add a third person.
Storage
Storage is not relevant for all applications. It is mainly used by uploaded files such as attachments and PDF documents. On the Pro plan, storage grows by 5 GB with each additional person.
Quotas on the Free plan
On the Free plan, quotas apply to individual applications. The Pro and Unlimited plans have no quotas.

Plan changes
You switch to the Pro or Unlimited plan directly in the app. Your data stays unchanged.
Hosting & data export
The Erdikon cloud is hosted in Germany. Organization owners can download a complete backup of their data at any time, for example to move to self-hosting.
