You start for free in the Erdikon cloud and move to a larger plan as your team grows. All plans include every available application. If you prefer to run Erdikon yourself, you can use the Free plan with self-hosting too or buy a perpetual license.

* Storage is not relevant for all applications. It is mainly used by uploaded files such as attachments and PDF documents.
Self-hosting
You can also use the Free plan on your own infrastructure at no cost, with the same limits as in the cloud. Beyond that, a perpetual license is available for a one-time payment of EUR 995. Updates for one year are included. After that, you receive updates for EUR 195 per year through a maintenance contract. If you like, I can also operate Erdikon on your infrastructure.

Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. You sign up with your email address and can start right away.
How do I switch to the Pro plan?
You switch directly in the app. Your data stays unchanged.
Who counts as a user?
All active members of your organization count, including its owners. Expired memberships and deleted accounts do not count.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Organization owners can download a complete backup of their data at any time.
Can I switch to self-hosting later?
Yes. You can switch from the cloud to running Erdikon yourself at any time.
