Enter once, use everywhere
In master data, you maintain customers, products, services, and VAT rates in one place. All Erdikon applications use it, so you never enter anything twice.

What master data covers
Organizations
Companies with address, contact details, VAT ID, and tax number. You also enter your own organization here and use it as the sender of your documents.
People
Contacts with their details. You assign people to an organization as its employees.
Products & services
Everything you sell, with code, description, and unit. You add them as line items directly to quotes and invoices.
VAT rates
Rates per country with a validity period. This lets you enter a rate change before it takes effect.
Prices for products & services
Every product and service starts with a standard price. You can add more prices alongside it, for example for another currency, another unit, or with a discount.
You can restrict a price to a specific organization or person. When you create a document for them, Erdikon selects this price automatically. It also takes into account the document's currency and whether it uses net or gross prices.

- Optional discount
- VAT rate, net or including VAT
- Optional restriction to a customer
Reliable data
Issued documents stay unchanged
Documents take over the values from master data when they are created. Later changes to addresses, prices, or VAT rates do not change invoices you have already issued.
Active & inactive entries
You deactivate entries you no longer need. They no longer appear in selections but remain in existing documents.
Availability per Space
An entry is available to all Spaces of your organization or only to selected ones. Each team sees the data it needs.
Validated VAT rates
Erdikon prevents the validity periods of two active rates for the same country and tax type from overlapping.
